Our 'frangipani' etched mirror is a beautifully designed unique Subtle Finish mirror. It is watergilded in 14 carat white gold leaf with a black bole base and has a frangipani flower etched upon the frame. The etched frangipani flowers have green, yellow and white bole (clays) subtlely revealing the foliage. Etchings are hand drawn onto the timber frame and then burnished with an agate stone tool once the gold leaf has been applied.

This mirror is our Australian, modern take of an etched French 19th Century frame. This mirror can be made to any size and can be made with rectangular corners.
